Hartford City Hall has perfect stairs and architecture. Eboni and Victoria did their first look and couple shots there. But dude, they need some AC! A big thank you to the brother’s of Eboni and Victoria for fanning us, bringing us towels, and all around being there. All we needed were some palm fans. So enjoy this lil sneak peek everyone.
